EAC 인증은 EAEU(Eurasian Economic Union) 5개 회원국(러시아, 벨라루스, 카자흐스탄, 키르기스스탄, 아르메니아)에 통합 적용되는 인증으로, 역내 유통되는 전기전자기기 및 무선기기 중 규제대상품목은 DoC를 발급받고 제품에 EAC 마크를 부착해야 함

전기전자기기 및 무선기기는 기술규정 Annex 2에 명시된 허용농도를 초과하는 유해물질을 포함하는 균질물질이 없도록 설계 및 제작되어야 하며 Annex 3에 명시된 사용제한요건을 만족해야 함

<규제물질 및 허용농도>

1) Lead (0.1%)

2) Mercury (0.1%)

3) Cadmium (0.01%)

4) Hexavalent chromium (0.1%)

5) Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) (0.1%)

6) Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) (0.1%)


<인증절차>

1) 제조사 또는 지정 시험소를 통한 분석시험

2) DoC 발행 및 등록(Declarant는 EAEU 역내 지정 대리인이 되어야 함)

3) 제품에 EAC 마크 부착

EAEU TR 037/2016, Annex 1에 명시된 아래 품목은 DoC가 강제임

- 전자악기(Electric musical instruments)

- 게임기 및 자판기(Gambling and vending machines)

- 금전등록기, 티켓출력기, ID 카드리더기, 현금자동인출기, 대화식 키오스크(Cash registers, ticket printers, identification card readers, automated teller machines and interactive kiosks)

- 정격전압 AC/DC 500V 미만인 케이블, 전선, 코드(Cables, wires and cords to be used at a rated voltage not exceeding 500V AC/DC)

- 차단기 및 보호차단장치(Circuit breakers and protective cutout devices)

- 화재감지기, 보안탐지기 및 그 복합제품(Fire detectors, security detectors and their combinations)



<적용제외품목>

- AC 1000V, DC 1500V 초과 제품(Annex 1에 별도 명시된 경우는 예외)

- Annex 1에 명시되지 않은 전기전자제품의 구성품

- 전기 완구

- 전기전자제품의 부분품으로서 태양광 패널

- 지상 기반 및 우주 궤도 설비의 부분품

- 항공, 수상, 육상 및 지하 운송용 특수 전자기기

- 전기전자제품의 부분품으로 판매되는 배터리 및 배터리셀

- 중고 전기전자기기

- 측정기기

- 의료기기
