강제인증 및 적합성선언 대상품목 통합 리스트 승인에 대한 러시아 연방법 N982에 명시된 품목을 러시아 내 유통하는 경우 법령에 따라 CoC 또는 DoC를 취득해야 함. 주로 EAEU 기술규정이 아직 적용되지 않는 품목군에 대해 러시아 내에서만 규제함

[CoC(Certificate of Conformity)]

1) 제조사(제조사의 지정 대리인) 또는 수입자는 신청서류 일체를 현지 지정 인증기관에 제출함

2) 인증기관은 신청제품이 해당 기술규정에 적용되는지를 확인한 후 지정 시험기관을 통해 시험을 진행하고 시험성적서를 평가함 

3) CoC 발행 및 FSA(Federal Service for Accreditation) 등록 

4) 제품에 적합성마크 부착 

5) 사후관리(연속생산에 대한 인증인 경우 인증기관의 사후관리가 요구됨)

[DoC(Declaration of Conformity)]

1) 제조사(제조사의 지정 대리인) 또는 수입자는 제품이 해당 기술규정의 요건에 적합함을 증명하는 문서를 준비함

2) 제품이 해당 기술규정 적용대상인지를 확인함

3) DoC 발행 및 FSA(Federal Service for Accreditation) 등록

4) 제품에 적합성마크 부착

** 2021년 6월 21일 기준 GOST-R 적합성마크 형태가 변경되었으며 2021년 6월 21일 이전에 인증된 제품은 인증 만료 시까지 기존 적합성마크 사용 가능
