Energy Efficiency Standard and Mandatory Label 프로그램은 필리핀의 에너지부(Department of Energy) 및 무역산업부(Department of Trade and Industry)에서 운영하는 강제 제도임. 

에너지 라벨을 필요로 하는 전기전자제품 및 조명 제품을 위해 시행되었으며, 현지 시장에서 비효율적인 가전 및 조명 제품을 방지, 소비자의 전기 요금 절감 및 제품의 효율성을 개선하기 위해 마련한 제도임.
