우크라이나는 "전자 디스플레이의 에너지 라벨링에 대한 기술규정 승인에 관한" 2023년 12월 6일자 우크라이나 지역사회영토인프라개발부령 제1106호가 채택되었음을 통보한다. 본 부령은 2024년 2월 5일 우크라이나 법무부에 등록되었고 2024년 2월 27일 고시되었다. 본 부령은 "텔레비전 에너지 라벨링에 대한 기술규정 승인에 관한" 2017년 5월 24일자 우크라이나 내각 결의 제359호 폐지에 관한 우크라이나 내각 결의의 발효와 동시에, 공식 고시일로부터 6개월 이후 발효된다.

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine No. 1106 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation for Energy Labelling of Electronic Displays" of 06 December 2023.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 05 February 2024 and published on 27 February 2024.The Order will enter into force simultaneously with the entry into force of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on cancellation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 359 of 24 May 2017 "On Approval of Technical Regulation on Energy Labelling of Televisions", but not earlier than six months from the date of its official publication.
