2024년 10월 7일자 통지에 따라 CARB 또는 위원회(캘리포니아 대기환경위원회)는ONMC(도로용 오토바이) 배출 표준 및 시험절차에 대한 개정안의 채택과 캘리포니아규정집 제13권 3부 제1장 조항 2(차량 대기오염 제어장치)에 따라 ONMC와 관련된 신규 조항의 채택을 검토하기 위해 공청회를 시행할 것이라고 발표했다. 공청회는 2024년 11월 7일 오후 2시 캘리포니아 대기환경위원회 남부 캘리포니아 본부인 메리 D. 니콜스 캠퍼스, 하겐-스밋 강당(4001 Iowa Avenue, Riverside, California, 92507)에서 진행될 예정이었다. By notice dated 7 October 2024, the California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) announced it would conduct a public hearing to consider approving for adoption the proposed amendments to the On-Road Motorcycle (ONMC) emission standards and test procedures and adoption of new provisions relating to ONMCs under Division 3, Chapter 1, Article 2 (Approval of Motor Vehicle Pollution Control Devices) under Title 13, California Code of Regulations. The hearing was scheduled for 7 November 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Mary D. Nichols Campus, Southern California Headquarters, California Air Resources Board, Haagen-Smit Auditorium, 4001 Iowa Avenue, Riverside, California, 92507. Please be advised that CARB will not hear this item at the 7 November 2024, hearing. The hearing on this item has thus been postponed, and a subsequent notice will follow in the future with more information.
