이 통보 초안은 모터사이클, 전기 모터사이클 및 전기자전거 제품을 라벨 규제 제품으로 규정한다. 본 통보 초안은 다음 제품에 적용된다. 1. 엔진으로 구동되는 모터사이클을 의미하는 모터사이클. 엔진이 장착된 자전거 포함 2. 전기로 구동되는 모터사이클을 의미하는 전기 모터사이클 3. 라이더의 동력과 전기가 결합되어 구동되거나 전기만으로 구동되는 자전거를 의미하는 전기자전거 라벨 규제 제품의 라벨에는 제품의 본질에 대해 오해를 일으키지 않는 적절한 문구, 그림, 인공 디자인 또는 이미지가 명시되어야 하며, 태국어 또는 태국어와 함께 제공되는 외국어로 명확하고 읽기 쉬운 형태로 잘 보이도록 표시되어야 한다. 이 라벨 규제 제품의 라벨은 태국에서 판매되지 않고 수출용으로 제조된 라벨 규제 제품의 라벨에는 적용되지 않는다.

The draft notification prescribes motorcycles, electric motorcycles and electric bicycles as labelcontrolled products.This draft notification applies to the following products1Motorcycles, whichmeans a motorcycle powered by an engine and shall include a bicycle equipped with an engine2Electronic motorcycles, which means a motorcycle that is propelled by electricity3Electric bicycles, which means a bicycle propelled by the rider's power in conjunction with electricity, or propelled by electricityThe label of label-controlled products shall specify the text, pictures, artificial designs, or image as appropriate which shall not cause misunderstandings about the essence of the products and shall be displayed clearly visible and legible in Thai language or a foreign language accompanied by Thai languageThe label of these label-controlled products does not apply to the label of label-controlled products manufactured for export and not for sale in Thailand.
