이 통보 초안은 자동차 및 전기차 제품을 라벨 규제 제품으로 규정한다. 본 통보 초안은 다음 제품에 적용된다. 1. 엔진으로 구동되는 개인 승용차 또는 개인 트럭을 의미하는 자동차. 차량법에 따라 아직 등록되지 않은 차량을 의미한다. 2. 전기차는 전기 또는 엔진과 전기 모터의 조합으로 구동되는 개인 승용차 또는 개인 트럭으로서 아직 차량법에 따라 등록되지 않은 차량을 의미한다. 라벨 규제 제품의 라벨에는 제품의 본질에 대해 오해를 일으키지 않는 적절한 문구, 그림, 인공 디자인 또는 이미지가 명시되어야 하며, 태국어 또는 태국어와 함께 제공되는 외국어로 명확하고 읽기 쉬운 형태로 잘 보이도록 표시되어야 한다. 이 라벨 규제 제품의 라벨은 태국에서 판매되지 않고 수출용으로 제조된 라벨 규제 제품의 라벨에는 적용되지 않는다.

The draft notification prescribes vehicles and electric vehicles as labelcontrolled products.This draft notification applies to the following products1 Vehicles, which means a private passenger vehicle or privatetruck powered by an engine, which has not yet been registered under theVehicle Act2 Electric vehicles, which means a private passenger vehicle or private truck propelledby electricity or a combination of an engine and an electric motor, which has not yet been registered under the Vehicle ActThe label of label-controlled products shall specify the text, pictures, artificial designs, or image as appropriate which shall not cause misunderstandings about the essence of the products and shall be displayed clearly visible and legible in Thai language or a foreign language accompanied by Thai languageThe label of these label-controlled products does not apply to the label of label-controlled products manufactured for export and not for sale in Thailand.
