산업부 장관 규정 제84/M-IND/PER/8/2010호, 산업부 장관 규정 제34/M-IND/PER/7/2013호 및 2020년 산업부 장관 규정 제58호는 가정용 전자제품에 대한 인도네시아 국가 표준의 의무적 시행에 관한 2025년 산업부 장관 규정 제7호에 의해 폐지·대체되었다. 이 규정은 유형 5 인증 스킴을 사용한 SNI 인증서 발급, 생산 공정 평가 및 다음에 기초한 제품 품질 시험을 비롯한 ISO 9001:2015의 이행을 다룬다. a. SNI IEC 60335-1:2020, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제1부: 가정용 전자제품에 대한 일반 요구사항 b. SNI IEC 60335-2-40:2009, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-40부: 전기 열펌프, 에어컨 및 제습기의 개별 요구사항 c. SNI IEC 60335-2-7:2010, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-7부: 세탁기의 개별 요구사항 d. SNI IEC 60335-2-24:2020, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-24부: 냉장고, 아이스크림 기기 및 제빙기의 개별 요구사항 e. SNI IEC 60335-2-41:2010, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-41부: 펌프의 개별 요구사항 f. IEC 60335-2-3:2022, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-3부: 전기 다리미의 개별 요구사항 g. SNI IEC 60335-2-74:2010, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-74부: 이동형 수중히터의 개별 요구사항 h. SNI IEC 60335-2-14:2011, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-14부: 주방기기의 개별 요구사항 i. IEC 60335-2-15:2011, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-15부: 액체 가열용 전기기기의 개별 요구사항 j. SNI IEC 60335-2-89:2015, 가정용 및 이와 유사한 전기기기 – 안전성 – 제2-15부: 쇼케이스의 개별 요구사항 이 규정에 포함된 가정용 전자제품의 관세품목번호/HS 코드는 다음과 같다. a. 냉방 용량이 최대 3PK(27000 BTU/h 또는 7913 W)이고 정격 전압이 250 V 이하인 멀티스플릿, 창문형 및/또는 이동식을 비롯한 스플릿 에어컨(관세품목번호: ex. 8415.10.20). 단, 증발식 공기 냉각기, 바닥형, 천장형(카세트형, 덕트형, 현수형) 및 냉매 유량 가변형은 제외한다. b. 마른 세탁물(린넨) 용량이 16 kg을 초과하지 않고 전압이 250 V 이하인 단일 튜브 또는 이중 튜브 세탁기(다음 관세품목번호에 해당함): 1. ex. 8450.11.10 2. ex. 8450.11.90 3. ex. 8450.12.10 4. ex. 8450.12.90 5. ex. 8450.19.11 6. ex. 8450.19.19 및 7. ex. 8450.20.00 c. 직립형 쇼케이스를 비롯하여 총 용량이 400리터 이하이고 전압이 250 V 이하인 냉장고(냉장고, 전기 냉동고)(다음 관세품목번호에 해당함): 1. ex. 8418.10.31 2. ex. 8418.10.32 3. ex. 8418.21.10 4. ex. 8418.21.90 5. ex. 8418.29.00 6. ex. 8418.30.10 7. ex. 8418.30.90 8. ex. 8418.40.10 9. ex. 8418.40.90 10. ex. 8418.10.91 11. ex. 8418.10.99 12. ex. 8418.50.19 및 13. ex. 8418.50.99 d. 액체 온도가 90°C를 초과하지 않고 전압(단상)이 250 V 이하이며 출력 전력이 1,000 W 이하이고 최대 깊이가 50미터인 수직 펌프 및 푸시 펌프를 비롯한 가정용 및 이와 유사한 용도의 물 펌프(다음 관세품목번호에 해당함): 1. ex. 8413.70.42 2. ex. 8413.70.91 및 3. ex. 8413.81.13 e. 전압(단상)이 250 V 이하이고 입력 전력이 1,500 W 이하이거나 최대 배관 직경이 1.5 인치인 가정용 및 이와 유사한 용도의 수중 펌프(관세품목번호: ex. 8413.70.31). 단, 수족관 펌프, 정원 연못 펌프, 푸시 샤워 펌프, 슬러리 펌프 및 테이블 분수 펌프는 제외한다. f. 별도의 물통 또는 보일러 용량이 5리터 이하이고 전압이 250 V 이하이며 전력이 1,000 W 이하인 가정용 전기 및 스팀 다리미(관세품목번호: ex. 8516.40.90). 단, 휴대용 의류 스티머(패브릭 스티머)는 제외한다. g. 전기 블렌더, 전기 착즙기, 전기 믹서, 초퍼 및 푸드 프로세서(관세품목번호: 8509.40.00) h. 최대 용량이 3리터이거나 입력 전력이 최대 1,000 W이고 압력 작동 원리를 사용하는 슬로우 쿠커(전기 찜솥)를 비롯한 밥솥, 보온밥통 및 그 조합(관세품목번호: ex. 8516.60.10) i. 정격 용량이 10리터 이하인 다목적 전기 포트를 비롯한 전기 포트(관세품목번호: ex. 8516.79.10 및 ex. 8516.79.90) j. 침수형 온수기(관세품목번호: 8516.10.30) k. 물 가열 시스템만 장착된 정수기, 정수 장치와 통합된 정수기를 비롯하여 물 가열 및 냉각 시스템을 갖춘 정수기(다음 관세품목번호에 해당함): 1. 8516.10.11 2. ex. 8516.10.19 및 3. ex. 8421.21.11 이 규정 이전에 생산된 국내산 또는 수입산 가정용 전자제품은 시행일로부터 최대 1년 동안 유통할 수 있다.

SNI IEC 60335-2-40:2009, Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 2-40: Specific requirements for electric heat pumps, air conditioners and air dryers; c. SNI IEC 60335-2-7:2010, Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 2-7: Part 2-7: Particular requirements for washing machines; d. SNI IEC 60335-2-24:2020, Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 2-24: Particular requirements for refrigeration appliances, ice cream appliances and ice makers; e. SNI IEC 60335-2-41:2010, Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 2-41: Particular requirements for pumps; f. SNI IEC 60335-2-89:2015, Household electrical appliances and similar electrical equipment - Safety - Part 2-15: Part 2-15: Particular requirements for showcases.The tariff post number/harmonized system of Household electronics included to this regulations are :a. air conditioner which is a split air conditioner including multisplit, window and/or portable with a cooling capacity of up to 3 (three) PK (27000 BTU/h or 7913 Watt) and a rated voltage of not more than 250 V, excluding evaporator air cooler, floor standing type, ceiling type (cassette, ducting, suspended) and Variable Refrigerant Flow, with tariff post number ex. 8415.10.20; b. single tube or double tube washing machines with a capacity of dry linen not exceeding 16 (sixteen) kilograms with an electrical voltage of not more than 250 V which have tariff post numbers: 1. ex. 8450.11.10; 2. ex. 8450.11.90; 3. ex. 8450.12.10; 4. ex. 8450.12.90; 5. ex. 8450.19.11; 6. ex. 8450.19.19; and 7. ex. 8450.20.00; c. refrigerators (refrigerators, electric freezers) with a gross volume of not more than 400 liters and an electrical voltage of not more than 250 V, including upright-type showcases that have a tariff post numbers: 1. ex. 8418.10.31; 2. ex. 8418.10.32; 3. ex. 8418.21.10; 4. ex. 8418.21.90; 5. ex. 8418.29.00; 6. ex. 8418.30.10; 7. ex. 8418.30.90; 8. ex. 8418.40.10; 9. ex. 8418.40.90; 10. ex. 8418.10.91; 11. ex. 8418.10.99; 12. ex. 8418.50.19; and 13. ex. 8418.50.99; d. water pumps whose liquid temperature does not exceed 90°C for household and similar purposes using an electric voltage of not more than 250 V for a single phase with an output electric power of not more than 1000 watts or a maximum depth of 50 (fifty) meters, including vertical pumps and push pumps that have a tariff post numbers: 1. ex. 8413.70.42; 2. ex. 8413.70.91; and 3. ex. 8413.81.13; e. submerged water pumps for household and similar purposes with an electrical voltage of not more than 250 volts for a single phase with an input electrical power of not more than 1500 watts or a maximum pipe size of 1.5 inches, excluding aquarium pumps, garden pond pumps, push shower pumps, slurry pumps, and table fountain pumps having tariff post number ex. 8413.70.31; f. electric and steam iron including types with a separate water reservoir or boiler with a capacity of not more than 5 (five) liters, for household use with an electric voltage of not more than 250 V using electric power of not more than 1000 watts, excluding portable garment steamer (fabric steamer), which has tariff post number ex. 8516.40.90; g. electric blender, electric juicer, electric mixer, chopper, and food processor which has tariff post number 8509.40.00; h. rice cookers, with a volume of up to 3 (three) liters or input electrical power of up to 1000 watts, including rice cookers and warmers and their combinations and which use the principle of pressure work, including slow cookers, which have tariff post number ex. 8516.60.10; i. electric kettle with a rated capacity not exceeding 10 (ten) liters, including multipurpose electric pots, which have tariff post numbers ex. 8516.79.10 and ex. 8516.79.90; j. immersion water heaters having tariff post number 8516.10.30; and k. water dispensers equipped only with a water heating system and water dispensers equipped with a water heating and cooling system, including those that are integrated with a water purification unit, which have tariff post numbers: 1. 8516.10.11; 2. ex. 8516.10.19; and 3. ex. 8421.21.11.Domestic or imported household electronics products produced before this regulation, may still be distributed for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the enforcement date
