This document further delays the effective date of a recently published final rule amending the test procedures for central air conditioners and heat pumps.As of 20 May 2025, the effective date of the rule amending Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 429 and Part 430 published in the Federal Register at 90 FR 1224 on 7 January 2025 (notified as G/TBT/N/USA/552/Rev.3/Add.1), which was delayed at 90 FR 9001 (5 February 2025)(notified as G/TBT/N/USA/552/Rev.3/Add.2) and 90 FR 13052 (20 March 2025)(notified as G/TBT/N/USA/552/Rev.3/Add.3), is further delayed until 7 July 2025.
