On 1 August 2025, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a proposed rule titled ''Reconsideration of 2009 Endangerment Finding and Greenhouse Gas Vehicle Standards.'' (notified as G/TBT/N/USA/2229) EPA is extending the comment period for this proposed rule.>The comment period for the proposed rule published on 1 August 2025, at 90 FR 36288, is extended.
