본 기술규정안은 주유소에서 에탄올 혼합 휘발유(가소홀 E10)를 저장 및 공급하기 위한 장비 및 부속설비에 관한 기술 규격의 한계값을 규정한다. - 가소홀 E10 저장탱크. - 가소홀 E10 공정 배관. - 가소홀 E10 계량기. 본 기술규정안은 베트남에서 에탄올 혼합 휘발유(가소홀 E10)의 저장 및 공급에 관여하는 기업, 조직 및 개인과 해당 장비 및 부속설비를 제조, 수입 또는 유통하는 조직 및 개인에 적용된다. 또한 본 규정안은 회람 제14/2026/TT-BKHCN호에 따른 적용 대상 제품의 적합성 선언과 관할 당국에 의한 해당 장비 및 부속설비의 국가 검사를 규정한다. 본 회람안은 QCVN 02:2014/BCT를 공포한 2014년 12월 5일자 회람 제48/2014/TT-BCT호를 대체한다.

This draft technical regulation stipulates the limit of technical specifications concerning equipments, auxiliaries for storing and dispensing ethanol blended gasoline - gasohol E10 at filling stations.- gasohol E10 Tanks.- gasohol E10 technology pipes.- gasohol E10 meter.This draft technical regulation applies to the enterprises, organizations and individuals involved in storing and dispensing ethanol blended gasoline - gasohol E10 in Vietnam, as well as to organizations and individuals manufacturing, importing or distributing such equipment and auxiliaries. The draft also provides for conformity declaration of the covered products in accordance with Circular No. 14/2026/TT-BKHCN, and for state inspection of such equipment and auxiliaries by competent authorities. This draft Circular will replace Circular No. 48/2014/TT-BCT dated 5 December 2014 promulgating QCVN 02:2014/BCT.
