The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) compliance reporting deadline for the 2024 compliance year. EPA is also making several minor amendments and technical corrections to other RFS provisions.Effective date. This rule is effective on 13 March 2025. The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this regulation is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of 13 March 2025.Operational date.
