산업부 장관 규정 제75/M-IND/PER/9/2015호에 의해 개정된 산업부 장관 규정 제15/M-IND/PER/1/2015호는 LPG 스토브용 고무 호스에 대한 인도네시아 국가 표준의 의무적 시행에 관한 2024년 산업부 장관 규정 제57호에 의해 폐지·대체되었다. 이 규정은 유형 5 인증 스킴을 사용한 SNI 인증서 발급, 생산 공정 평가 및 SNI 7213:2014 LPG 스토브용 고무 호스(다음 HS 코드에 해당)에 기초한 제품 품질 시험을 비롯한 ISO 9001:2015의 이행을 다룬다. • ex. 4009.21.90 • ex. 4009.22.90 • ex. 4009.31.99 • ex. 4009.32.90 • 4009.41.10 및 • 4009.42.20. 이 규정 이전에 생산된 국내산 또는 수입산 LPG 스토브용 고무 호스 제품은 시행일로부터 최대 1년 동안 유통할 수 있다.

Regulation of Minister of Industry No. 15/M-IND/PER/1/2015 amended by Regulation of Minister of Industry No. 75/M-IND/PER/9/2015 has been revoked and replaced by Regulation of Minister of Industry No. 57 Year 2024 regarding Mandatory Implementation of Indonesia National Standard for Rubber hoses for LPG Stoves. The Regulation covers the issuance of SNI certificate using type 5 certification scheme, production process assessment and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, including product quality testing d on SNI 7213:2014 Rubber hoses for LPG Stoves with products HS Code Ex. 4009.21.90;Ex. 4009.22.90;Ex. 4009.31.99; Ex. 4009.32.90; 4009.41.10; and 4009.42.20.Domestic or imported Rubber hoses for LPG Stoves products produced before this regulation may still be distributed for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the enforcement date.
