본 고시안은 태양광 패널을 표시규제 대상 상품으로 규정한다. 표시규제 대상 상품의 라벨에는 적절한 문구, 그림, 도안 또는 이미지를 표시하여야 하며, 이는 해당 상품의 본질적 특성에 관한 오해를 유발하여서는 아니 되고, 태국어 또는 태국어를 병기한 외국어로 명확하게 보이고 읽을 수 있도록 표시하여야 한다. 이러한 표시규제 대상 상품의 라벨 규정은 수출용으로 제조되어 태국 내에서 판매되지 않는 표시규제 대상 상품의 라벨에는 적용되지 아니한다.

This draft Notification prescribes solar panels as label-controlled products. The label of label-controlled products shall specify the text, pictures, artificial designs, or image as appropriate which shall not cause misunderstandings about the essence of the products and shall be displayed clearly visible and legible in Thai language or a foreign language accompanied by Thai language. The label of these label-controlled products does not apply to the label of label-controlled products manufactured for export and not for sale in Thailand.
