TISI(태국산업표준원)는 표준 B.E. 2563(2020)에 부합하기 위한 안전 요구 사항에 적합하도록 산업용 휴대용 보조 배터리 제품을 규정하는 장관령 규정을 철회할 것을 제안하였다. 본 부록은 이 장관령 초안이 휴대용 보조 배터리가 태국 산업 표준 TIS 2879-25XX(20XX) 휴대용 보조 배터리: 안전 요구 사항을 준수하도록 규정하고 있음을 알리기 위한 것이다. 본 장관령에서 휴대용 보조 배터리는 출력 전압이 20Vdc를 초과하지 않는 충전 회로와 최소 하나 이상의 충전 포트가 있고 무게가 7kg을 초과하지 않는 이차 전지를 갖춘 모든 휴대용 에너지 저장 장치로 정의된다. 본 장관령 초안은 정부 관보 게재일로부터 180일 후에 시행된다.

The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has proposed to withdraw the Ministerial Regulation Prescribing Industrial Products for Portable Power Bank - Safety Requirements to conform to the standard B.E. 2563(2020). This Addendum is to inform that this draft Ministerial Regulation mandates portable power bank to conform to the Thai Industrial Standard TIS 2879-25XX (20XX) Portable Power Bank: Safety Requirements.In this Ministerial Regulation, a portable power bank is defined as any portable energy-storage device containing secondary batteries with charging circuitry having an output voltage not exceeding 20 Vdc, at least one charging port and weight not exceeding 7 kilograms.This draft Ministerial Regulation will come into force after 180 days following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
