우크라이나는 2024년 7월 23일에 “전기모터 및 가변속도 드라이브의 에코디자인 요건에 관한 기술규정 승인”에 관한 우크라이나 내각 결의 제844호가 채택되었음을 통보한다. 본 결의는 2024년 7월 26일에 공표되었으며, 우크라이나 계엄령 종료일 또는 철회일로부터 6개월 후에 발효된다. 2019년 2월 27일자 우크라이나 내각 결의 제157호에 의해 승인된 전기모터의 에코디자인 요건에 관한 기술규정 요구사항을 충족하고 2024년 7월 23일자 결의 제844호의 발효일 이전에 유통된 전기모터 및 가변속도 드라이브의 출시와 작동은 해당 제품이 본 결의에 의해 승인된 기술규정의 요구사항을 준수하지 않는다는 이유로 금지 또는 제한될 수 없다.

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 844 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Electric Motors and Variable Speed Drives" of 23 July 2024.The Resolution was published on 26 July 2024 and will enter into force six months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.It is established that placement on the market and operation of electric motors and variable speed drives that meet the requirements of the Technical Regulation on Ecodesign Requirements for Electric Motors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 157 of 27 February 2019, and which were put into circulation before the date of entry into force of the Resolution No 844 of 23 July 2024, may not be prohibited or restricted due to non-compliance of such products with the requirements of the Technical Regulation approved by this Resolution.
