칠레 공화국은 2023년 7월 19일 G/TBT/N/CHL/655로 통보된 전력연료감독청(SEC)의 전기제품 효율 분석 및/또는 시험 프로토콜과 관련하여 2025년 6월 30일자 전자 면제 결의 제32725호를 통해 새로운 효율 프로토콜(PE 1/26/2:2023)이 2025년 6월 30일에 발효되었고 2026년 4월 30일까지 이전 프로토콜(PE 1/26:2009)과 함께 병행 적용됨을 통지한다.

The Republic of Chile hereby advises that, in relation to the Electricity and Fuel Board (SEC) energy efficiency analysis and/or test protocol for electrical products, notified on 19 July 2023 in document G/TBT/N/CHL/655, the new Energy Efficiency Protocol (PE No. 1/26/2:2023) will enter into force on 30 June 2025, pursuant to Electronic Exempt Resolution No. 32.725 of 24 June 2025, coexisting with the previous protocol (PE No.1/26:2009) until 30 April 2026.__________1 This information can be provided by including a website address, a PDF attachment, or other information on where the text of the final measure/change to the measure/interpretative guidance can be obtained.
