QCVN 10:2012/BCT 액화석유가스 공급소 안전에 관한 국가기술규정 개정 01:2026은 다음을 포함한다: - LPG 공급소가 고정식 설치물에 해당하고 법률 제78/2025/QH15호 및 정부령 제37/2026/ND-CP호에 따라 제품 품질관리 대상 제품·상품으로 더 이상 분류되지 않는다는 근거에 따른, 모든 적합성 평가, 적합성 인증, 적합성 선언 및 검사 요건의 폐지 - 설계, 설치 및 운영 안전에 관한 기술 요건(제12조)은 변경되지 않음 - 시행령 제37/2026/ND-CP호 및 정부 결의 제68.18/2026/NQ.CP호에 따라 관리 책임을 갱신함

Amendment 01:2026 to QCVN 10:2012/BCT (National Technical Regulation on Safety of Supply Stations for Liquefied Petroleum Gas) covers:- Abolition of all conformity assessment, conformity certification, declaration of conformity and inspection requirements, on the grounds that LPG supply stations constitute fixed installations and are no longer classified as products/goods subject to product quality management under Law No. 78/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 37/2026/ND-CP- Technical requirements on design, installation and operation safety (Article 12) remain unchanged;Updated management responsibilities in line with Decree No. 37/2026/ND-CP and Government Resolution No. 68.18/2026/NQ.CP
