The draft Ministerial Regulation mandates the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) for the propulsion of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) of categories M and N to conform with the standard for vehicles of category M and N with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train (TIS 3026-2563(2020)).This regulation applies only to the Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) for the propulsion of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) of categories M and N.
