This draft standard specifies the requirements for fuel consumption limits and assessment methods for vehicle types and fleets of newly manufactured, assembled and imported two-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds. This standard applies to two-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds classified and marked as L3 and L1 in accordance with TCVN 8658.
