The draft Resolution provides for a new version of the Technical Regulation for the Safety of Machines, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 62 of 30.01.2013, harmonizing the content, structure, sequence and numbering of its provisions and annexes thereto with the content, structure, sequence and numbering of Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery and amending Directive 95/16/EC (recast) and its annexes.
