The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for the proposed revisions to the Air Emissions Reporting Requirements (AERR), published in the Federal Register on 9 August 2023. The current comment period for the proposed rule is set to end on 18 October 2023. EPA has received numerous requests to extend the comment period given the complexity and length of the proposed rulemaking. The EPA is extending the comment period for the proposed action to 17 November 2023. The EPA is also extending the comment period for the associated Information Collection Request (ICR), number 2170.09, for the proposed AERR to 17 November 2023.>The comment period for the proposed rule and ICR published on 9 August 2023, at 88 FR 54118 is extended. Comments must be received on or before 17 November 2023.This extension of comment period and previous actions notified under the symbol G/TBT/N/USA/2035 are identified by Docket Number EPA-HQ-OAR-2004-0489. The Docket Folder is available from Regulations.gov at https://www.regulations.gov/docket/EPA-HQ-OAR-2004-0489/document and provides access to primary and supporting documents as well as comments received. s are also accessible from Regulations.gov by searching the Docket Number. WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point by or before 4pmEastern Time on 17 November 2023.
