- 베트남에 유통, 판매되는 유무선 통신기기 중 Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BTTTT에 따른 무선기기는 MIC가 지정한 인증기관을 통해 형식승인(Type Approval Certificate)를 발급받아야 함.대상 품목은 지정된 국가기술규정(QCVN)에 따라 인증을 취득한 후 제품에 ICT CR 마크를 표시해야 함.CLASSⅠ 에 해당하는 제품은 형식승인 및 적합선언(Type Approval and Declaration of Conformity) , CLASS Ⅱ 제품은 적합선언(Declaration of Conformity)이 요구됨.

- 인증절차
<형식승인 방법>
Circular No. 10/2020/TT-BTTTT에 따라 아래의 세가지 방법 중 하나를 적용함
1) Scheme 1: 형식시험결과가 적합한 경우 인증서 발행. ISO 9001 등 QMS 인증서 보유 시 적용 가능하며, 인증서 유효기간은 최대 3년
2) Scheme 5: 형식시험 및 공장심사결과가 적합한 경우 인증서 발행. QMS 인증서 미보유 시 적용 가능하며, 인증서 유효기간은 최대 3년이나 인증 유지를 위해서는 매년 공장심사가 요구됨
3) Scheme 7: LOT 시험 후 해당 LOT에 한해 인증서 발행. Scheme 1 및 5 적용이 어려운 경우 적용함
<형식승인 절차>
1) 지정시험소를 통한 제품 시험
2) 신청서류(시험성적서 포함) VNTA 제출
3-1) QMS 인증서 유효기간 확인(Scheme 1의 경우)
3-2) 공장심사(Scheme 5의 경우)
3-3) 제품검사(Scheme 7의 경우)
4) 최종결과 검토
5) 형식승인(Type Approval Certificate) 발행
6) CR 마크 부착
